Well today's weight is a good sign of the diet supplement I started taking yesterday. Not sure if this is going to work for me though. I kinda felt like I had a shot of adrenaline on them. It wasn't as bad as those heavy caffeine ones (I didn't have jitters or nervousness or anything like that) but I definitely felt altered like in a 'are my pupils dilated way' - lol. I will have to see how things go today to see if it's worth it. It definitely seemed to amp up after the 2nd dose so maybe I will need to just stick to 1 a day. I don't know but I am totally monitoring it. It did great at suppressing appetite. I wasn't hungry until around 5pm and even when I was hungry & eating dinner, I still didn't seem to want to eat as much. My temperature was up higher today not sure if that is regular cycle stuff (I am past O) or if the supplement tends to make you run high. Hard to say since I have not had a dose yet today. Other possible negative effects - really bad stomach pains after 2nd dose/lunch yesterday. Woke up at 3am with stomach flu like symptoms which lasted apprx 30mins. I had been having some stomach issues prior to starting the supplement so not 100% sure if it is related.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
