This morning, I am excited to write that I met today's goal of breaking into the 150's. Please 160's be gone (fingers, eyes and toes crossed). I weighed in about 10 times this morning. I rotated the scale and moved it to various parts of the house and came up with the same two numbers 158 and 159. It feels good but I know if I breathe in the powder off a doughnut I will be back in the 160's. So this week I want to raise the dedication level in a few areas. But today I am going to celebrate in a healthy way.

That is great news!! I know you must be so proud to hit those 150s!! Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure even if the dreaded 160 shows it's ugly head, it will have no chance.

Not that this has anything to do with weight loss or exercising or being healthy, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to dress up as a hobo for halloween! :)
