On September 1, I decided to move towards a "SANE" lifestyle, eating foods that were high in Satiety, Unaggressive (unlikely to be stored as adipose tissue), Nutrient-dense, and Inefficient (slow to burn/store). This means LOTS of non-starchy vegetables, high-quality protein, and good sources of natural fats. So far, I'm down 12 lbs, feeling great (and full!).

Diet Calendar Entries for 11 September 2013:
