Friday went well but I was extremely busy. Got up early to go donate blood plasma and seemed to be on the go the rest of the day, including a three hour drive to go get my grandson for the weekend. The kids (Brooke and big brother Blake) wanted McDonald’s and honestly since we were on the road and we were all famished I obliged. A little hard to eat a salad while driving so I ended up with Plain McDoubles and tossed the bun. I ended the day more low carb than Keto as I did allow myself to have some fries. Yes, I know it’s crap food, but those fries smelled too good. Not gonna beat myself up over it. Carbs were around 55 total for the day and I thoroughly enjoyed our day out and about ❤️.

I agree with mira, sounds like you did well. I abstained from mcd's for like 12 years but relapsed a couple years ago. It was those blasted fries.

Thank you for the support ladies! I logged it all 😂. The good and the bad...even the one chicken nugget that Brooke fed me from her meal.
