Had a birthday yesterday, and I've been celebrating for a couple of days now. Not so much with the sweets... those aren't my thing... I've been having mashed potatoes and french fries... and the most delicious stuffed pepper soup that was loaded with white rice. I haven't logged much of anything. Back to it today. I have a doctor's appointment in a month, and I need my a1c to remain low. Last time it was tested it was 5.3, and I don't want to raise it at all. Back to my low carb ways as of this morning. 271.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
