Yay. A loss. and my lowest weight since...2015? 2016?? (I deleted my old weight ins here because I was bummed by my failures. I wish I hadn't now so I could compare)
My 90 day challenge at work ends in 2 weeks. I won't win. One guy here is doing Ideal protein and is losing like 9# a week. I don't care! I am 12+ pounds down already! The winner gets an Olive Garden gift card so the joke is on him! :o
265.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 115.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
