Saterday 12/1/2013 - no exercise but proud of myself to maintain my 3L water challange and no Junk food challange.

Today: Weights Chest / Bicepts / Upper Abs

3 x 20/20 Crunch /Alt Elbow crunch
3 x 12/10/10 bench press (10/20/20kg)
3 x 12/10/10 concentration curls (10/20/20kg)
3 x 12/10/10 Flies (10/20/20kg)
3 x 12/10/10 seated Db curls (10/20/20kg)
3 x 100 Broomstick twists

10 min cycle cooldown
