Doin great on exercising...not so much on the diet. Shifting gears 'cause I got a "nascar Connie" on my butt!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aha! Ha! Ha! I just now saw this! Things have been so busy at work for me that I haven't been making my usual "rounds". :) I actually had to make a "pit stop" for mechanical reasons so I'm lagging back now. Ha! Ha! Translation: I went out to dinner on Saturday and had stuffed shrimp and cheese grits! ACK!!!! Now I'm trying to catch back up to the rest of the racers! I saw you were down again! My goal is to be where you are by Christmas. So whether you are there or have moved on by that time......only time will tell! Let's keep it up!!

HA!! I love grits..I love polenta...I love pasta. Ok, now I'm over my carb count...for the year!! You deserve a little reward. You'll be ok cause you are picking up where you left off. I'm bouncing this 1/2 pound back and forth. I feel like I'm at a stall but I'm not giving up. I'm gonna keep up with my exercising cause it's for ME!! We can do this, Connie!
