...and that's what I get for no exercising yesterday, too many beers at the casino last night and a snack before bed. Don't get to comfy, extra pounds cause you're not staying!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG...look at you!! 157...you are a beast! Ok, I've been really exercising with all my heart but not been very good on my diet. Thank you for inspiring me to get my shit together and "step it up!" I'm so happy for you, Connie. Catch me if you can!! xoxo
