I am really quite happy to have finally gotten down to 140. That means I have 15 more pounds to go. Yesterday, my mother and I went shopping and she mentioned how good I look. Most of my weight is in my torso, my stomach, mostly. That's where weight goes on first and comes off last with me. My mother and I went to an outlet mall, where I ended up buying a two pairs of casual cotton pants for every day use to replace the ones that are now too big on me. Yay! I also got a sweater and three cotton tops for everyday use. I admit that the sweater and the tops weren't really necessities because I already have quite a few that fit me. But there was a big sale, so they were inexpensive.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
