Science says cheese is as addictive as some hard drugs, even cocaine. My mind tells me that dairy can stall you. My heart tells me that the odds are good that I'm either casein or lactose intolerant and it's not the best dietary choice for me. It near killed me but I cleared my fridge yesterday and gave all this stuff away to somebody who would really appreciate it. I'll continue seeing how I can tweak my lifestyle choices.
