One-pound drop because not only did I eat high fat yesterday and the day before, but I stayed well within my calories and I didn't eat after 6:30 p.m. That meant that my body had a 13- to 14-hour break before I ate again. This drop is probably a lot of water weight that I had accumulated from a few days of eating carb-ridden snacks.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yeah the body will get rid of some water once you drop your carbs. Important to keep drinking. But a drop is still nice
