Despite being up quite a bit after the weekend with a consistent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I've managed to bring it down more or less to what it was a week ago. Since the new year I've got rid of 3.8kg. Very happy with that. I'm really looking forward to a flatter tummy and slimmer thighs. On another positive note, I have smashed my Dry January no booze goal. I'm not sure what level of alcohol I'm going to back to (if any) I just feel so empowered and AMAZING right now. Looking forward to a FABULOUS February. Good luck to all of you Xx
163.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
