Before coffee. Before breakfast. Heck, I might have dreamed it. Tired this morning. Out of town work yesterday, stepped up reps training Back last night, wife and daughter each separately decided they wanted to talk/ postpone my bedtime. No drama or things-to-do, just wanting conversation.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
