Right?! It's dinner. I had a salad an hour ago, so probably will not finish it...

well it will make a nice addition to your salad tomarrow or sliced thin and fried a great addition to whatever you have with it. nice thing about steak it tastes good the next day too. I generally take it out of the fridge to take the chill off it for at least an hour and then it takes less cooking to heat it back up. but on a salad that doesn't matter if that is the way you go.

Baskington- yes-steak on a salad the next day is amazing. Especially with gorgonzola, but I am out and already shopped for the week. Good problem to have, though ..
