did not measure food for 3 weeks and down another 7 lbs. pleased with that result, but think my carbs crept up here and there while protein was low. am going to be strict this week and log everything again. cannot believe that I am down 70 and have about 30 to go. however, extra skin hinting that it will be a problem. stopped the gym for a month as well, but should have timed it better and been strictly logging. haven't decided yet how to approach. think one week of strict logging and no gym to know how my nutrition is, then hit the gym and restart 5x5 sl with perfect form...
