In May of this year, when I started my new WOE (keto with an emphasis on mostly lean protein an IF) I couldn't even weigh myself. after week 1 and a dramatic water weight loss, I weighed 278.8- extremely obese. today, I looked at the BMI chart (I know that it is flawed(. I am bo linger extremely obese or even obese. I am officially overweight. "normal," here I come...

Youโ€™ve lost 66 lbs since May?? Holy cow!! Thatโ€™s fantastic!!! Iโ€™ve lost 42 lbs since June and I thought I was doing good. Not really compared to you. I think I need to do the ketos diet! But I have NO idea how to even start it. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thank you all. This app definitely helped to keep me motivated! Khbutler- clearly my body and carbs were mortal enemies and I didn't realize it. Many people I know have started keto and have not had the same results. None of them is also doing intermittent fasting, and only one other has PCOS, but not as extreme as mine. I think it was the combo. Besides, 40+ since June sounds like magic to me, too!!
