Having a hard time trying to decide how I’m gonna handle my vacation week next week. My plan was to relax my diet a little to enjoy my vacation more, although I was planning to try not to binge too much. However now, even though I have managed to lose about 20 pounds fairly quickly, I think I might be plateauing. That makes it harder to justify eating more calories next week. I just don’t know if I can face the whole week, without the distraction of work, eating at only 1000 cal a day
