had about 54 net carbs yesterday in the form of berries and Lily's chocolate. eggs and cheese for breakfast, whole foods salad for dinner. bourbon and club soda a few hours before the berries. down 1.6 this morning. hope it doesn't bounce back. also, gym today after 5 day hiatus- back to school (work) for me & back to school for my son. tough workout. must not lapse again. longest one since starting at end of July & that was for lifting pain...
217.0 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
