THAT 2# gain is a an alarm that you maybe being careless on (for me) too many carbs Have been busy this week eating BK but missing lunch having a low sugar at supper time = over eating especially carbs Back to planning meals instead of winging it
195.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
