Ok I'm back on Keto starting today. I'm sitting here dealing with the carb cravings all over again.. UGH!!
Now that I know what I'm doing, I'll be able to get into ketosis faster. I ate crappy for a week and according to the scale this morning I only gained 4 lbs back and that's because I purposely ate crappy. Like a couple meals were big, and I had cookies and cheesecake and snacked a lot too. I wanted to live it up for a week!
But now back to business.. going to lose that 4 lbs and 5 more. Then I'll go back to my normal lean eating, not keto but definitely not more than 40 carbs per day.
