Looks like scrambled eggs, green onions, and either black olives or mushrooms. Looks great.

Karriann777, just whipped up a easy dinner with scrambles eggs, black olives, green onions, queso fresco skim milk cheese on whole wheat toast seasoned with fresh peppercorns and Himalayan pink salt! It was good for a quick dinner.
