WTH? Well, I didn't expect this number this morning. How discouraging.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 2.0 lb a week

I try to keep "surprises" to a minimum by planning my meals the evening before and logging accurately.

Now that I'm over the initial shock...I look at this way, losing weigh is like life...I'm going to have ups and downs, but as long as I stay consistent and true, it will go my way!! =) This is just a blip on the radar...it's not permanent.

Don't get discouraged. Sometimes it's just extra salt intake, Bolting (well U know... No bowl movement) :)) that can cause a 2 lb weight gain. Hang in there, next week it should be better.

as women hormonal changes affect our weight as well...im menapausal...so i know first hand
