Strengths today:

-NO coffee
-Almost perfect macros
-4 5-htp capsules, one before each meal, and an extra before dinner as I was craving carbs
-Very little unplanned snacking
-Several short periods of exercise throughout the day
-Strength exercise in the morning

Weaknesses today:

-Snacking a bit before dinner
-Slept late (9:30 am)
-Had some caffeine in 1/2 a Monster can
131.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
