I think my scales are broken, I’ve been exactly the same weight for the last week, doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Time for some new scales, off to Kmart!!

Hi Miss-Tammie I suggest trying out various scales and doing the repeat test. Repeat test is you can stand on a scale 3 times anywhich way and it will still give you the same weight. All the best

Thanks @eightpac, I jumped on the gym scales and looks like mine are out by over 1 kilo :) in my favour 😁

Well done on the loss, you just need to remember to take weight at the same time everyday. My preferred time is just before I shower in the morning which keeps things consistent. I drink too much water >3litres so taking my weight in the evening is a waste.
