Thanks for the support - I hope to thank everyone today - Always active weekend - saturday ate Chinese green beans , hot sour soup , chicken broccoli stir fry , salad with ranch , seafood baked , ruby tuesday salad bar with baked hot broccoli , ham , ranch , tomato, black olive , artichoke heart , romaine lettuce , pepper, cucumber , tea, diet soda - Sunday Cajun shrimp and tilapia with white sauce ?, hot broccoli , shrimp , burger , green beans with montrose season in bacon grease - little bit , 4 pecan turtles , diet soda , 3 eggs , bacon 5 pieces -

Congrats to everyone puttin in the effort , some good days and some bad days - that's life - happy for folks with good things happening , prayin and supporting people also who are not so fortunate right now - Keep your chin up and keep pushing on - THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON WHO LOVES YOU IS IN THE MIRROR AND IT STARTS THERE - YOU CAN AND ARE DOING IT - WHEN NOT IF -GOD BLESS
