Home from vacation. Tried to not eat too much bad stuff. Kept my intake lower but still had more carbs then I’ve been consuming. Every day we did a lot of walking. So i think that helped a lot. Was scared to get on scale but I did.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done! Wonderful to lose on vacation. I always put on half a pound a day at least!

@Doobie Thank you. I really think it was just the fact we did a lot of things didn’t sit around too much unless falling asleep on beach! lol
