Macro numbers and weight for Feb and first third of March same...much easier mentally than January..."same ol same ol" is ok with me.

A little back country "flying"...
198.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice pictures!!! I love seeing people enjoying themselves. It's fantastic that you are able to keep yourself in condition to get out there and do that. I'm sure that requires exercise and diet. I think it's neat that you share by example here with us on Fatsecret. Thanks!!!

Thanks Amanda & Charlotte, I was a very lucky kid who had parents that got us into sports and other activities, skiing being one of the main ones...still love it, great exercise too :-)
