Breakfast= 1 pkg Quaker weight control instant oatmeal (cinnamon flavored), 1 c 1% milk

Lunch= Salad with grilled chicken with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, orange, water
143.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

sounds like a yummy salad. Don't know if you have tried but if you love p.butter put a small scope in your oatmeal,yummy and I feel full even longer
