Hawaii is 1 week away. I've lost 10 lbs so I'm pretty psyched about that. I wish I could lose 5 lbs more before then but I realize that is unrealistic. I was down even more over the weekend and so I cheated and had a cheese omelet with pumpernickel bread. I gained 1.5 lbs the next day so no bread for me. Oh well. I'm still pleased with my progress. Exercise is the big difference I think. It's only 30 min a day but it definitely is making the difference. Also, I'm wearing a pedometer every day. My goal is to try to beat the number of steps from the day before. They recommend 10,000 steps a day but I seem to only get to 6400 or so. As long as they go up, I'm happy. I am 10 lbs away from my goal. They are the hardest 10 though. Wish me luck!

You should add strength training to your workouts if you don't already. It will push off those last 10 lbs I swear! Good luck!

Great job on losing almost to your goal thatis great. To try reaching your goal if you work at an office, try just getting up as often as you can and taking the longest way to the bathroom or to the water jug, park farther away in the lot or to themall and eye all the great clothes you either can fit in or will very soon. I was doing that 10,000 at one point and that is what helped me put the numbers on and weight off
