Curse you Valentine’s Day! I have had weight loss shakes the last two days cause I want to loose enough weight that by next Valentine’s Day I can look at myself in the mirror and not want to cry! This Valentine’s Day I dedicate to not eating chocolate or cheating on my own goals so I can feel proud of my naked body one day!!! Too my future sexy body, this boycott of Valentine’s Day I dedicate to you!
312.0 lb Lost so far: 125.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, don't lose it too quickly. Your body will go into conservation mode and won't burn calories efficiently. Intermittent fasting can be good, but don't keep your calories too low for days in a row. You will be much more likely to keep it off, if you lose it slower. Sending tons of love and support! Stay the course and be strong, but don't starve yourself. Love who you are right now and be confident that you will be a better you tomorrow, everyday. You got this!

Treat Valentine’s Day as a live yourself day! 🤷🏻‍♀️It is a MUCH healthier concept. Finding your happiness through your body image or another person is bunk. 💁🏻‍♀️Use this time while you are single to become happy with who you are and confident within yourself. Maybe look for some guided meditations on YouTube or an app for your phone. This is time to make it about YOU!🙋🏻‍♀️
