hai kak @dhea789 dan kak @tika354 pasti nular kok.. semangat... sebenernya plan aku 55, tapi mengingat lemak perut masih ada, aku cutting lg sampe 53 dan masih ada kok.. hahaha kuncinya ttep sabar dan konsisten

iya saaay..jd tmbh semangat nech liat kalian yg udah goals body nya n shape pulaaa keren2 abis..moga bs menyusul jg 6 bln lg.semangaat..bsk br bs pergi gym lg stlh off 10 hran..i love mondaaay..diet lg olahraga lg..semangaaat...

semangat kak @dhea789 semua berproses kok gaakan sia2 misal blm sesuai harapan coba evaluasi lagi trus mulai lagi jangan justru jadi alasan buat menyerah beb @diyah iyaaa mau surpluuus 🤯🤯🤯🤯 🍑🍑🍑 ilang kempes pes sama yg atas jg hahaha, sampe dibilang kurang gizi, kan sedih akunya
