Reading "The End of Dieting" by Dr. Joel Furhman and following his eating plan and making progress; and feeling really good about this one plus I'm feeling good overall! High hopes!
173.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
