Well it is weigh in day!! I recorded 10 pounds lighter than i actually was, as my start weight, cuz I just didn't want to admit I was there, I guess. As the week has gone by and I have seen the scale go down I am hopeful.Today is the first week end and I am down 8.5 pounds. Now I know I can't expect that much anymore because a lot of it was water weight, but I am heading in the right direction.
Making french toast for breakfast WITH SYRUP! My little celebration! using almond milk and only 1 tsp butter between the 2 slices of whole wheat bread. I'm in heaven. But, in the future, I will save this for a meal where I am desperate for sweets, and probably try a light syrup. But it is yummy!!
321.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 171.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
