Finally below the usual 142.2 weight. Hope to do more weights this week to build muscle and burn more fat. Today's weight is 141.8!
141.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
