Any weight loss is good. I am excited that I have stuck with it despite all of the junk food that was available at work this week.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks! Wouldn't it be nice if people just brought in cucumbers, peppers, etc instead of cookies, doughnuts, and muffins? Of course, I am leaving out the abundance of chocolate everywhere!
