Took my first walk up the hill to the mailbox and back to the house since last May.
Made me tired & caused my back to spasm, but at same time felt such an accomplishment for doing it.
Walked inside house rest of evening without my cane😁
289.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 104.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
