Not a great day, I was craving carbs and sweets all day. I couldn't get enough whipped cream, what the heck. Tomorrow is another day... I might try to fast until dinner to even things out some. We'll see.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
