I'm pretty bloated, thanks to the Wonders Of Womanhood. I'll drink extra water today and try not to give in to any cravings. I have some Diurex I may take also, not sure how I feel about taking it yet (in terms of both effectiveness and safety).

Dinner tonight will be at a restaurant to celebrate a birthday (one of the kids I babysit) so hopefully I'll find something low-carb to enjoy.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
