20 hour intermittent fasting, 4 eggs with butter and cheese for breakfast, 8 cups of salad/veggies with 4oz of meat 3-4 hours later. Tiny piece of butter if hunger hits in the fasting period.
199.7 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
