I thought to myself what the hect I'll weigh myself with the house scale.my official weigh is next Wed at the YMCA with their machine that gives you your monthly history but take this as a good sign to come.I'm packed full of carbs and off to the gym to pump alot of iron.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Doesnt matter how you get there as long as you get there! If I can interject I'd say your carbs are out of control. Your body cannot burn up your carbs to get to your stored fat. So if you cut your carbs your body wont have anything for fuel except your stored fat resulting in a weight loss. 20 per day is what I would reccomend. Took me a long time to figure this out but it works. Good luck!

When I have my official readout next wk at the YMCA I'll be able to lineup my previous month and make adjustments accordingly.lm getting two birds with one stone, increasing muscle mass while releasing fat.last month's readout showed 2%less fat but with a 4% increase in muscle mass so it makes the drops look small.my body's showing muscle bulk, love handles can use more work.the fat thinks it's grandfathered in there so lm sure I'll be doing some twinkling along the way....? has heard from ClarityAnn..where is that woman.😀

I’m here E. Another busy day lol. Baby had wic appointment. Got my dog bathed, Christmas tree up. Just had my dinner and time to feed the munchkin again. Was just checking in. Hope to be back later and do a post. Sounds like you had a good day! 🏋️‍♀️

ClarityAnn,I put the. ? out where that woman? another couple of hrs. I was gonna let the dogs loose to find you.😀 well I'm glad to hear your ok and I see you have been busy and the little ones doing fine that's comforting.ya not a bad day down 1.6lbs before my official weigh day next wk.l though I'd get at least a hot dam out of you. hahaha....Patty though it was terrific that was nice and she subjested that I only do 20 grams of carbs daily.she doesn't understand that lm pumping heavy weights and I wouldn't be able to lift 50lbs because when the carbs are gone fat stored isn't going to take over and make it happen.I'm not starving to lose weight I'm bulking to build muscle and I'll twik it as I get more monthly readouts.in other words this isn't my first rodeo.☺ its 11:30 here I guess your behind 1or 2hrs.from what I'm reading your a busy woman God Bless You my friend well Bunny is sleeping lm gonna wash the dishes and head to bed my self,big day....full day tomorrow.hoping to have lunch with you tomorrow.Good Night E.

Haha E. Apologies. HOT DAMN! Nice loss AND washing dishes! Awesome! Can’t wait to hear how your official weigh in goes and how your Fat has diminished and muscle has gone up. That’s gotta feel good. I do 20 carbs a day, but I’m not bodybuilding. You gotta do what works best for you. Tweaking and finding the best way is half the “fun” 😜. It’s 2:27 and and I’m up for baby girls last feeding. Then I’m headed back to sleep myself. Will hopefully catch ya tomorrow. Sleep well
