well at least I didn't gain 😔. I am still dissapointed about it though. however on the upside I didnt gain. I know what I did wrong also. To many carbs and high fat foods. I was on top of the exercise. I kept my calories below or around 2k so I was good there. holidays are always gonna be rough for me. I got a big family and we always over eat. I am back on it today and gonna do low carbs with no cheat day this week to make up for it.

I have been on a lower carb/fat diet as well. For me it helps to not deny myself of the things I love to eat or I will binge and ruin everything I have accomplished so far. I just input whatever it is into FS first... look at what it's going to cost me... and decide if it's worth watching EVERYTHING ELSE I eat that day. Today I really wanted a meatball sub from subway. I input a 6" and it nearly ate my carb limit for the entire day (and their flat bread actually has MORE carbs and MORE calories than regular white bread!). This was not worth it to me.. but I got a kid's size 3" sub instead to give myself a little room for the rest of the day. As for overeating, I have found that it helps me to fill a smaller plate (tricking your brain into thinking it's the same amount of food) and eating slower (giving your belly time to tell your brain you're actually full)... and then wait a few minutes before returning for seconds. Sometimes I don't even want seconds after doing this... I lost several pounds real fast by watching my food intake as well as exercising at first... but then my knees really hurt me for about 2 weeks and all I could do was watch my food intake so it was a task trying to keep at weight and not gain.. ESPECIALLY with Thanksgiving. So, I get it. Keep with it though, you got this!

Thanks Brianna I am going to have to try putting my food ont fs before I make a unhealthy choice. Thats smart and I think it coukd be real benificial. I am also going to try the smaller plate. Thanks for the advice and support.
