I cannot understand how I can be eating like I am and gaining weight! I keep looking at my intake and weight history and can't find a pattern. I am wondering if my RDI being on the low side is the issue. Ugh!
227.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always refer back to carbs, I love them but my body doesn't. Do you have the ability to cut them try it for a week see if you get any results. Last week I watched My 600 pound Life, the dr removed them from one persons diet and it worked! After I drop close to my goal I will reintroduce them. Good luck!

I've been targeting 5% carbs but it's usually closer to 7 or 8. It can't hurt to cut further so I may give it a try after Turkey day.

It's just up, up, up for me and I haven't even started the thanksgiving holiday. I'm really concerned.

Are you logging all you eat? I'd stay off the scale for a week, I don't know anything about keto diet but plenty on here do, and are successful. Doc tod me not to do it family history of heart disease. What about salt, bloating retaining water ect. It's got to be a fluke, stay on track it will come off! Is it muscle gained, I can't exercise stuck mostly in a wheelchair, or bed. Spinal stenosis sucks! Good luck Sweetie, I'm still thinking!
