Important reminder that eating at or below maintenance, even if calories are higher than usual, DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY FATTEN YOU BACK UP!

Eating 1800 calories/day isn't going to provide me with speedy weight loss, and it isn't something I want for myself every day, but it does not mean I have failed. I walked over 5 miles yesterday, as usual, and burned ~2000 calories. I have nothing to be ashamed of.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
