kalau ada yg merasa timbangannya stuck dan baru terjadi 2-3 harian, jangan keburu bilang kalau itu stuck... prosesnya memang begitu, ndak tiba2 setiap hari tubuh kita beratnya merosot... kalau sekiranya 2 minggu tidak turun sama sekali, barulah dapat dikatakan stuck.. coba dievaluasi lagi diet dan olahraganya.. semoga manfaat
