As I thought I gained .6 this past week. I had a bad last half of the week and then this weekend I had a feel sorry for myself mood. No more of that. Back at it this week. Already got my breakfast ready and it will be salad for lunch.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
