Calorie counting, that's it, and I'm shredding again. I don't even count macros anymore. I've asked myself this time around, if I could only to one thing to lose weight and nothing else, what would it be? Calorie counting.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree .. and to me "calorie counting" includes "calorie/meal planning" ... I like/need to have a "roadmap" for the day.

Me too. I know there are lots of options/plans that work but the key is finding which one will work for you. I've been counting calories since July. Down 31.4 pounds. Wish it was happening faster but "slow and steady wins the race!" Good luck!

MO,, I hate counting anything except the fasting hours in a day . :-/
