I took advantage of the 24/7 gym hours last night. I would like to stick 3 days a week routine and didn't want to miss another day. Because I worked out so late, I had to cut time between sets. It's something I had done years ago, when I used to go to a gym on a regular basis. It's a lot better than missing a day and effective. I'm not sure how long I will keep this up but I'm enjoying it for now...
154.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks All! I think the loss is temporary but I'll take it. I won't be surprised my weight goes back up after I re-hydrate and refuel. @ Amandakane1, I took less rest than usual between sets even if I had to reduce the weight on the second and third sets...
