Got on the scale today just because it is a new month , not bothered on this weight , I had more than 4L of fluids yesterday due to the heat and off cause of the race.

So goals looks as follows

Oct Goals so far:
On Saturday 30Sep2017 I did a 6km jog on the windy beach after that I did 13 laps 50m pool swim on my own taking my time getting use too swimming after 11 years,it was nice but very difficult but the more you do something the better it gets

02 Oct 2017 - 108km cycling race - time 3:38 - it was HOT yesterday
08 Oct 2017- 10km Gun run
2-Oct 2017 - 109km cycling race
136.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.6 lb a week
