I have always been skinny and with this under active thyroid of mine I put on a lot of weight. I joined Weigh-less in 2015 and did very well with the weight-loss. After a-while I hit a plateau and battled to lose so I joined the 12 week challenge at my gym which included a balanced eating plan and ever since I have done the challenges. Unfortunately with Covid the 12 week challenge could not happen in 2020 but we were fortunate to be able to attend a 8 week challenge towards the end of the year and due to the popularity of the 8 week challenge and an excellent trainer we are able to have a few challenges during this year which is just great and we are able to maintain our goal weight.

Trying to lose another 5kg
As I have been on goal weight for some time I thought that I will try see if I can lose another ± 5kg just for the fun of it, just to make my FS journey a little interesting, can always change backRolling Eyes .
